ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Centre Coordinator, you will primarily lead and manage the daily operations of the Service ensuring the requirements of the National Quality Standards are surpassed.

DUTIES 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and managing people, performance and practice.
  • Building professional and trusted relationships with children, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Promoting a positive team culture, that is reflective and committed to continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be an experienced and driven leader who is passionate about driving positive outcomes for children together with the following:

  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading an Early Learning and Development Service.
  • At least 5 years experience working in children’s services.
  • Intermediate/Proficient IT and Administration level of competency.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

In addition, you will need to possess a WA driver's licence, satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months, and current WA Working with Children's Check. You will also be required to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.
